How many of you ever wonder what are the rates for various traffic offences?

Well, check this out …

Summon Rates

You can download this at file at http://www.acetech.com.my/Download/Information_Sharing/
(if the page is blank, just reload it)

I was quite skeptical and wondered on how genuine and reliable this info is. I searched the PDRM website and was truly dissappointed as I couldn’t find anything.

However, I managed to get some supporting link.

You can check this out at

Not only that, you can actually get 30% to 50% of discount on the compound if you pay it on time.

Here’s how I normally check whether I have summons or not …

Go to http://dmzweb01.rilek.com.my/pdrm/IPC/PDRM_SummonsInq.jsp

When you reach there, you’ll be given 4 options to choose on how you want to check your summons;

1. Vehicle No.
2. I/C No.
3. Passport No.
4. Company Registration No.

Just select either one and key in the detail accordingly and then hit the continue button. The results will be shown immediately.

Let me show you my record (searched through I/C No.) -some personal info were deleted /not shown here

my summon

You can check through sms also but I don’t think you want to waste your money on it when you can get it free here.

Hope this information helps. Feel free to share on your experiences pertaining traffic offences by dropping some comments.

I would like to put a disclaimer here …

This blogpost serves as a reference only after I sort out a few sources for this subject matter, in which I couldn’t really find the relevant and updated information from JPJ and PDRM Websites.

So, if you have any newer information, please share with me in order for me to update this post.

Thank you so much … :)

Hey bro, speaking of summonses.. At Sunway last night, we took the hired van to get home. Just at the junction near “Orange”, the van driver made a wrong turning and it so happens that the police spotted the van. I don’t know what happened but the policeman was rude and he talked with the driver a really long time. I don’t exactly know what they were discussing about. I thought the policeman would just issue the summons and let the driver off..
